Bayyari Park

Address: 725 S. Regency Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72701

Established in 1995 through the city’s Park Land Dedication Ordinance, Bayyari Park is located in the David Lyle Subdivision off Huntsville Road in southeast Fayetteville. This 7.4-acre park includes a grove of trees and sits adjacent to the White River.

Notes

Bayyari Park does not have a dedicated parking area. Vehicles must be parked along Regency Drive at the main entrance to the park, or in the cul-de-sac on South Hoddle Place where a short nature trail leads to the main park area.

There is a 650-foot-long path that leads from the playground area to the White River (see photos below).
